Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all pricing tiers. This gives you full access to the features included in your chosen plan, allowing you to evaluate how RapidCoreHub fits your business needs before making a commitment. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upgrades take effect immediately, whilst downgrades are processed at your next billing cycle. We'll help ensure a smooth transition and preserve your historical data and configurations.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No, there are no setup fees or hidden costs. The monthly price shown includes all standard features, GDPR compliance tools, and support. Additional costs may apply only for custom integrations or on-site training services, which are always discussed and agreed upon in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and can accommodate other payment methods for Enterprise clients. Billing is processed monthly in advance, with invoices available for download through your account dashboard. EU VAT is automatically calculated where applicable.
What happens to our data if we decide to cancel our subscription?
We provide a 30-day grace period after cancellation during which you can export your data and reports. We'll also assist with data migration if you're moving to another platform. After this period, data is securely deleted in accordance with GDPR requirements and our data retention policies.
